MULAT: Mapa\u2019t Usapan<\/strong> aims to cultivate awareness and appreciation of university museums and curatorial practices in the Philippines through technological innovation and printed materials. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project has two components that address the lack of a consolidated map and directory of university museums and the lack of awareness of the current curatorial practices.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

MULAT: Mapa (MuMapa)<\/strong> is a virtual atlas and directory of university museums in the Philippines. Aside from mapping, M<\/strong>u<\/strong>Mapa<\/strong> will also provide contact details, type of collection, and description of the university museum.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

MULAT: Usapan (MUsapan)<\/strong> is a monograph – in both digital and printed form – of interviews from different individuals who practice curatorship. MUsapan <\/strong>sheds light on the current and effective approaches to building impactful, relevant, and socially responsible exhibitions and museums.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
